Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- No returns or refunds will be accepted after 7 days.
- Express orders requiring one-day processing will incur an additional cost of Rs. 1000/-
- Sale items and customized articles are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Change of mind is not a valid reason for an exchange.
- Exchanges are only possible if there is a fault on our end.

Process for Refunds:

Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
